ToC TEAM Chrono Registration - Useful Information

Please read the information below before clicking the Proceed button:

1. The correct entry of your telephone numbers is critical. Telephone numbers MUST be entered in the International Format: country code e.g. +44 for UK followed by your number without the 0 at the front. There are no spaces in the international format. A typical UK mobile telephone number is 07780 761999. In international format it becomes +447780761999

2. A unique email address is required for each Team Manager to assure that each Team Manager receives subsequent emailed event information. The platform will not allow the same email address to be used for different entries in the same event. The same email address can be used to register an entrant for different events.

3. A Transaction fee will be added to your basket per entry.
4. Please ensure that your email settings do not reject email from enquiries@tourofcambridgeshire.com or send it to SPAM.

5. Parking Charges will be applied for official parking.  See Tour of Cambridgeshire website for details

6. Please note that entries are not refunded or deferred under any circumstances. Further details are set out in the Terms and Conditions of Entry in Section 9.

7. Two weeks before the event the Start Sheet and event Final Information will be published on the event website under Rider Info – Start Sheets and Rider Info – Final Information in the navigation bar.  The organiser will NOT be sending out a Final Information email to entrants

8. Minimum Ages apply for the Team Chrono (same as Chrono).  Please check the ToC Race Book on the ToC website for details.

9. Teams
Teams of four riders
Time for the team is taken on the third rider to cross the finish line.
Four competition classifications:

10. Equipment
Standard road bikes to be ridden.
No clip-on or tri bars, no wheels to have deeper rims than 50mm.
Helmets to be standard road helmets.
Any cycling clothing can be worn and the team do not have to all wear the same design and colour.

12. Scrutiny
The Race Director has the right to disqualify a team if it is observed or reported a team are in any way in breach of the Team composition, the Equipment rules or the Road Rules. There will be Commissaires out on the TTT route to observe and report any breaches of these rules.

13. Start Time
The Team Chrono will take place after the Individual Chrono has finished. Teams will start at one minute intervals.
The organisers will endeavour to give as much recovery time as possible for Team Chrono riders who also compete in the Individual Chrono
